If you're craving a quick, crunchy, and spicy meal, Meathead’s Jalapeno Cheddar Chicken Sausage paired with toasted bread and crushed chips will hit the spot. This is a fast and satisfying dish that doesn't skimp on flavor!
Ingredients:
- 2 Meathead Jalapeno Cheddar Chicken Sausages
- 2 slices of bread (or soft sandwich buns)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup spicy mustard or your favorite sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Crushed chips (such as potato chips or tortilla chips)
- Pickles (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for 3-5 minutes.
Prepare the Sausages: Lightly brush the sausages with olive oil. Place the sausages in the air fryer basket.
Cook the Sausages: Air fry the sausages for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Toast the Bread: While the sausages are cooking, place the slices of bread in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted and crispy.
