WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

Yes, there are minimum amounts to order on our website.

Local pickup from our store: Minimum order of $25

There is no minimum if you are shopping in person at our store.

 


I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY INVOICE OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Check the junk folder of your email account. If you can’t find it, call us at (416) 666-2266.

 


I FORGOT TO ADD SOMETHING TO MY CART

You can create another order or contact us. Do not try to edit your sent order, this may result in a double order.

 


I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Just e-mail us or call us and we’ll find the solution right away.

RETURNS


NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Since we cannot verify that the meat or food items were kept in proper storage after purchased we do not issue refunds. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@meatheadstore.com with details of the product and the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product with a product of the same description.
