Minimum order $30 inside the GTA — $100 outside the GTA (pre-tax). All orders must be placed online and prepaid. A mobile phone number is required at checkout so we can contact you regarding your delivery.

Delivery Information

Houses

Same Day: You will receive an SMS or email tracking link to track your order.

Next Day & Regular Delivery:

  • We will SMS/call you when approximately 10–15 minutes away.
  • Delivery will be left by your front door (or where indicated in your notes) and a picture will be taken.

Condos, Apartments, Buildings & Businesses

Same Day: You will receive an SMS or email tracking link to track your order.

Next Day & Regular Delivery:

  • We will SMS/call you when approximately 10–15 minutes away.
  • You will need to meet the driver by the front entrance or reception to receive your order.
  • You may request items be left with concierge/reception if available at time of checkout.
  • Drivers are not permitted to enter buildings past the front entrance or reception area.
  • Upon arrival, our driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for you to receive your order and will leave thereafter. Your order will then be marked as a MISSED DELIVERY.

Missed Delivery & Charges

This mainly applies to delivery to apartments, condos, businesses without a drop-off option but may also apply to any situation where our driver is unable to complete the delivery due to circumstances at your end and out of our control.

We ask that you consider that there are labour, material and transport costs associated with processing delivery orders. Missed deliveries will be handled as follows:

YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS A $25 MISSED DELIVERY AND RESTOCKING FEE.

Missed delivery orders will be voided and must be re-submitted should you need to reschedule your delivery in the future.

Should you need to contact us regarding your order, please call us at 416-666-2266 or email us at orders@themeatheadstore.com. For delivery cancellation or modification, you must let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day and time.

The Meathead Store™ is not responsible for any charges you incur as a result of our delivery service or policies outlined on this page. The Meathead Store™ assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items that are delivered to your home or business.
