This isn’t your average seasoned salt— Simon's new Guajillo Salt is BURSTING with vivid, dynamic flavors. It’s tangy, with a zingy citrus pop from zesty lime and tart sumac, layered with the rich, umami notes of guajillo chilis and onions. Milder than our Jalapeño Salt but just as audacious, Guajillo Salt cranks up the volume on your BBQs, roasts, and everyday meals, infusing each bite with a jolt of energy and excitement.
Try it on: beef fajitas, grilled pineapple slices.
Net Weight: 150 g
Ingredients: Salt, Spices (guajillo chili, sumac), Citric acid, Onion, Rice hulls, Dehydrated lime juice, Cane sugar, Sunflower oil, Natural flavors, Annatto seeds.
