All our halal chickens are ethically raised on modern farms where their water and feed quality are constantly being monitored by their dedicated farmers. 100% of Adams Natural halal chicken comes strictly from Canadian farms, so you never have to worry about imported chicken from countries with different regulations and practices then what's approved here.

All our halal chicken is processed in federally inspected plants in Canada and is 100% Air-chilled, which retains more flavour and has much better texture. According to a study by the University of Nebraska, air-chilled chicken contains 80% less bacteria then their water-chilled counterparts. As a result of the water-chilling process, the chicken can absorb a lot of the water solution, which may be mixed with salt and chlorine, NO thanks!

Our naturally raised Antibiotic Free chickens feed on a vegetable grain diet which consists of corn, wheat and soybean only and contains absolutely no animal by-products.

Delivery Service Details & Rates

You must have a minimum order of $30 in GTA or $100 Outside GTA (before taxes) to qualify for regular delivery. Delivery orders will ONLY be accepted online via our website and must be prepaid. Ensure you enter your complete address and provide a MOBILE PHONE NUMBER we can call/SMS regarding the delivery.

HOUSES

Sameday:  You will receive an email or SMS/Text link to track your order

Next Day and Regular Delivery:

• We will SMS/call when approximately 10-15 minutes away.
• Delivery will be left by front door (or where indicated in your notes) and picture taken.

CONDOS/APARTMENTS/BUILDINGS/BUSINESSES

Sameday:  You will receive an email or SMS/Text link to track your order

Next Day and Regular Delivery:

• We will SMS/call when approximately 10-15 minutes away.
• You will need to meet the driver by the front entrance/reception to receive order.
• If order is to be left with concierge/reception, please indicate in your order notes at time of checkout.
• Drivers are not permitted to enter buildings past the front entrance/reception area.
• Upon arrival, our driver will wait maximum of 10 minutes for you to receive order and will leave thereafter. Order will then be marked as a MISSED DELIVERY*.

* MISSED DELIVERY AND CHARGES

This mainly applies for deliveries to apartments/condos/businesses without a drop off option but may also apply to any situation where our driver is unable to complete the delivery due to circumstances at your end and out of our control.

We ask that you consider that there are labour, material and transport costs associated with processing delivery orders.  Missed deliveries will be handled as follows:

YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS A $25 MISSED DELIVERY AND RESTOCKING FEE.

Missed delivery orders will be voided and must be re-submitted should you require delivery in the future.

Should you need to contact us in regards to your order, please call us at 416-666-2266 or email us at orders@themeatheadstore.com and we will be happy to assist you. For delivery cancellation or modification, you must let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day and time.
