We are please to offer CONTACTLESS/LIMITED CONTACT delivery to select areas in the GTA. Please check your postal code in our delivery checker to see if your area is covered.

ORDER CUTOFF IS 5PM ON THE DAY BEFORE YOUR ZONE’S DELIVERY DAY

DURHAM REGION: Tuesdays 10AM – 6PM (Order cutoff: Monday 5PM)

Delivery Service Details

You must have a minimum order of $75 (before taxes) to qualify for delivery. Delivery orders will ONLY be accepted online via our website and must be prepaid. Ensure you provide a MOBILE PHONE NUMBER we can call/SMS regarding the delivery.

$75 – $149.99 $20 + hst
$150 – $299.99 $10 + hst
$300 or more Free Delivery

HOUSES

  • We will SMS/call when approximately 10 minutes away.
  • Delivery will be left by front door (or where indicated in your notes) and picture taken.

CONDOS/APARTMENTS/BUILDINGS/BUSINESSES

  • We will SMS/call when approximately 10 minutes away.
  • You will need to meet the driver by the front entrance/reception to receive order.
  • If order is to be left with concierge/reception, please indicate in your order notes at time of checkout.
  • Drivers are not permitted to enter buildings past the front entrance/reception area.
  • Upon arrival, our driver will wait maximum of 10 minutes for you to receive order and will leave thereafter. Order will then be marked as a *MISSED DELIVERY.

**MISSED DELIVERY AND CHARGES**

This mainly applies for deliveries to apartments/condos/businesses without a drop off option, but may also apply to any situation where our driver is unable to complete the delivery due to circumstances at your end and out of our control. We ask that you consider that there are labour, material and transport costs associated with processing delivery orders. Missed deliveries will be handled as follows:

  1. Missed deliveries less than $300 where a delivery charge was paid: your order will be refunded minus the delivery fee and a 5% restocking charge.
  2. Missed deliveries over $300 where a delivery charge was not paid: your order will be refunded minus a 10% restocking charge.
Missed delivery orders will be voided and must be re-submitted should you require delivery in the future.

Should you need to contact us in regards to your order, please call us at 416-666-2266 or email us at orders@themeatheadstore.com and we will be happy to assist you. For delivery cancellation or modification, you must let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day and time.

By using our delivery service, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions outlined on this page. The Meathead Store™ is not responsible for any charges you incur as a result of non-compliance of the terms and conditions outlined on this page. The Meathead Store™ assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items that are delivered to your home or business.
